This is a SINGLE SIMPLIFIED PACKAGE policy designed to meet requirements of insured that contains generally more than one stand alone policy sections out of which some are compulsory and policyholder may opts other sections in addition to the basic one.

Scope of cover

Some of the covers provided against damage or accident up on building and contents of the insured property against:

•  Fire, lightning, and other perils requested by insured;
•  Personal accident  against death permanent or total disablement, and temporary total disablement;
•  Breakdown of domestic appliances  with mechanical or electrical breakdown

Exclusions

Some of the basic exclusions are loss of:

1. Consequential in nature or damage of any kind;
2. or damage caused by depreciation or wear and tear;
3. aesthetic defects, such as scratch on painted, polished or enameled surfaces;
