- Ongoing construction project of an eighteen story modern building in Addis Ababa, on Africa Avenue,
- Acquisition of a 5-story building through purchase in Addis Ababa, on Mickey Leland Street,
- Construction of a G+5 office complex in Addis Ababa around Gerjie area,
- Acquisition of a large plot of land in Addis Ababa around Kality area for preserving claim recovery items and development of office property,
- Purchase of a G+1 building over a large area in Nazareth town for development of a rental building,
- Construction of a G+4 modern building in Bahir Dar town,
- Equity investment in shares at Dashen Bank,
- Equity investment in shares at Ethiopian Reinsurance Company, and
- Equity investment in shares at Africa Reinsurance Corporation
